1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wj2 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all services provided. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the wj2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the wj2 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are an individual registering on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have never been banned from using the wj2 platform or any other online gaming platform previously.
• Registering and using the wj2 platform is lawful at your place of residence.
• You are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program on any gaming platform.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IP address, phone number, or device information is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

3 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wj2 account username and password. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.

You are required to:

• Use a strong, hard-to-guess password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify wj2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Wj2 protects your account data using 256-bit SSL encryption. However, wj2 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your own login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the wj2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Wj2 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses that are not claimed within the specified period will expire automatically.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their wj2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure there are no outstanding balances and all active wagers have been settled. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned via your original payment method once the verification process is complete.

Wj2 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Wj2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Wj2 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond wj2's control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Game results recorded in the wj2 system are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical interruption on the user's end.

Wj2's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.
